I have a few back in my feed but I haven't made any in a while...until this weekend when I made these to bring with me when I was away at the kick-off😃 They turned out delicious!!!!😋😋Seriously, you have to try them!!!👊 I might have gone a little over the top with the 🍫chocolate in these but then again...you can't go wrong with chocolate😋 I used a sugarfree dark chocolate but you can use any kind and you can use less if you want a bar lower in fat. 🍫Chocolate chip cookie dough proteinbars 2 bars 🔹1 scoop (30 g) vanilla whey 🔹4 tbsp oat bran 🔹1.25 tbsp almond butter 🔹1 tsp flaxseed, or chia seed 🔹1 tbsp almond milk 🔹15 g (2 squares) sugarfree dark chocolate, chopped (use less if you want a bar lower in fat) ℹMix together all ingredients except chocolate with your hands. It might take a few minutes and the dough may seem to dry but keep going😀Add a few more drops of liquid if needed. Shape into 2 bars and wrap in foil. Keep refrigerated (for several weeks) or put in the freezer. ✔Macros for 2 bars: 356 cal, 33 g protein, 15 g carbs, 19 g fat"
