It's never too late to improve your fitness. Figure out where you can sneak in some more exercise. Figure out how to eat healthier. You can do it!
Part of getting healthy is understanding the mental component. We all have shadows from past that can impact your commitment to eat healthy or improve fitness. You are worthy of being healthy.
