For the 16th week in a row, U.S. jobless claims from first-time applicants have hovered over 1 million. Though the unemployment rate is slowly decreasing, Americans are struggling to find ways to make ends meet and they're increasingly becoming frustrated by the sluggish system they have to navigate.
